Formerly called ‘That Hits The Spot’, Show Your Rough Work brings together people, nature, hiking, learning & culture- all while building community, fostering resilience, and facilitating creativity. Originally offering sunrise yoga & sea swims, now also offering a number of other experiences- from immersive explorations in nature off the beaten track, to hiking & creativity, to sharing knowledge in a hedge school.

Follow if you'd like to trek through a fragment of temperate Irish rainforest, swim in a beautiful river valley, explore hidden stretches of coastline, or learn more about local biodiversity & ecosystems. See you off the beaten!
